Healthy Kale with Ghee and the Fall Spice Blend will let the taste linger in your mouth longer than ever.

Spring Spiced Kale
1 lb fresh organic kale, washed and leaves removed from stems
1 tbsp ghee
2 tsp spring spice blend
¼-½ cup filtered water or homemade vegetable stock
½ tsp mineral salt
For Garnish : fresh cilantro leaves and a squeeze of lime
Heat ghee over medium heat until melted. Add in the Spring Spice Blend and cook until fragrant.
Add the kale and stir to coat in ghee and spices. Cook in the pan for 3-5 minutes.
Then add the water or vegetable stock and salt. Cover, lower heat slightly and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until wilted and cooked through.
Serve warm with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro leaves on top and a squeeze of lime.
